Matt Brower
About
Matt Brower is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in catastrophic injury claims and other matters involving corporate negligence or wrongdoing. His successful work in courtrooms across the state of Texas includes cases involving 18-wheeler and heavy-truck accidents, dangerous worksites and business premises, medical devices, serious construction site injuries, dram shop liability, and more.
Matt grew up with a sister who was an unfortunate victim of a corporation’s negligence. He personally experienced the effects and long-term damage that catastrophic injuries cause to people and their families, including years of litigation, fractured relationships, years of surgeries, extended hospital stays, and financial hardships. He knows the challenges injured people and their families face every day. He vigorously advocates for his clients and their families to hold businesses accountable for the life-altering effects from their negligence and wrongdoing.
Matt has directed multiple high-exposure liability lawsuits, which gives him crucial insights when going up against well-funded corporate defendants and insurance carriers. He enters every case with a clear understanding of the tactics used by the largest companies in the world and their legal teams, and delivers strategic advantages in court and pre-trial settlement negotiations.
Matt is licensed to practice before every state and federal court in Texas, as well as the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His work before judges and juries across the state includes the same types of cases he handles for clients every day.
Matt earned his law degree at the University of Kansas School of Law after completing undergraduate degrees in behavioral neuroscience and neurobiology at the University of Kansas and psychology and political science at Washburn University.
