Bethany Dow
About
Bethany Dow is an accomplished trial attorney who represents individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Her practice includes claims arising from automobile and 18-wheeler crashes, catastrophic trucking accidents, dangerous premises and construction sites, dram shop liability, and other cases involving individuals and families who have needlessly suffered because of someone else’s wrongdoing.
Before joining Hamilton Wingo, Bethany spent years working as a defense attorney, defending insurance companies, trucking companies, businesses, and individuals in high-stakes litigation. That experience gives her valuable insight into how defendants and insurers evaluate, defend, and attempt to minimize claims - knowledge she now uses to advocate for injured clients and their families.
Having handled cases throughout Texas, Bethany brings extensive courtroom experience and deep familiarity with judges, juries, and the legal landscape statewide. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Court - Northern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Bethany is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated summa cum laude. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Bethany earned her Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
