The award-winning Dallas law firm Hamilton Wingo has added trial-tested attorney Phillip Ragler to its formidable team representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.
Mr. Ragler joins Hamilton Wingo as a partner after spending over five years as an assistant U.S. attorney in Florida, where he handled hundreds of civil cases involving transportation injuries, premises liability claims, and many others.
“Phillip is a seasoned trial lawyer, and he knows what moves judges and juries,” says firm founder Chris Hamilton. “His new role at Hamilton Wingo is great news for our firm and all the people we represent.”
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Ragler began his legal career as a clerk for the Hon. Judge Martin Hoffman in Dallas before gaining valuable experience at two respected plaintiffs’ firms handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and taking on multiple trials as first- and second-chair.
In addition to Texas state courts, Mr. Ragler is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Ragler is the latest addition to Hamilton Wingo’s expanding group of seasoned courtroom lawyers. Since the new year, Hamilton Wingo has welcomed acclaimed plaintiffs’ lawyer Mike Kaeske and experienced Dallas attorneys Gina Mills and Alex Wolens, who all joined the firm with successful track records in courts across the country.
One of the nation’s premier trial firms, Hamilton Wingo has won billions of dollars in verdicts and settlements over the past decade alone. The firm’s skilled attorneys represent people from all walks of life in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving truck, automobile, motorcycle, airline, and other transportation incidents, workplace safety issues, construction accidents, dram shop liability, dangerous products, industrial catastrophes, medical malpractice, premises liability, and industrial accidents, as well as high-stakes business litigation.
