Hamilton Wingo, LLP’s 2011 $39.4 million verdict was recently named among the Top 100 verdicts for 2010-2012 by Texas Lawyer, in conjunction with VerdictSearch, and will be included in the publications’ Texas Verdicts Hall of Fame.

The winning firms were chosen based on their work on the top verdicts, in terms of dollar amount awarded to the winning client, from 2010-2012 as reported to VerdictSearch and published in Texas Lawyer’s Top Texas Verdicts supplements. The 2011 verdict was in a commercial dispute arising from a bankruptcy proceeding involving breach of partnership agreements, breach of fiduciary duties, and fraud in an alternative energy transaction. Chris Hamilton of Hamilton Wingo, LLP, worked with a team of attorneys including Lisa A. Blue, Michael L. Kaeske, Brad Jackson, Jeremy Martin, Tim Perkins, and Harriet O’Neill to obtain the verdict.
