Hamilton & Wingo were incredible throughout my personal injury case. My husband and I were involved in an 18-wheeler accident — my first accident and one of the scariest experiences of my life. The process took nearly three years, but they kept us informed every step of the way, made sure all of our medical needs were taken care of, and supported us through some of the hardest moments. This is my very first Google review because I haven't had a solid reason for writing until now. That was until I was referred to the Hamilton/Wingo Law Firm. I was involved in a horrific accident with a semi, by a friend, not from some billboard or some rich/angry lawyers in a commercial. Please do your research. I never felt like just a number. I don't feel it's pertinent, to my review, by detailing my injuries. From the very initiation of our relationship I was assured and comforted by the staff. I knew this process was going to take time. God was in control along with the H&W pros. The process took almost 2 years. Medical bills were processed by Adi Gomez with amazing accuracy. Solina Moreno wins the heavy lifting award for securing all legal docs in preparation for my case. Attorney Kristi Wood kept me informed and assured we were ready to begin litigation. We tried mediation, led by Paul Wingo, which was to no avail. Trial was set for December. Sonia Garcia and Judy Ortega were first-rate settlement assistants far beyond my belief in helping Paul prepare for negotiation. Settlement was reached prior to trial. My settlement amount was beyond amazement. I don't believe life happens by accident. I have totally turned control of my life to a much wiser spirit. My five-star rating was five stars too short. I was involved in a critical truck wreck in which I was the big truck driver. Hamilton-Wingo and Paul's team of extraordinary people came to me and pulled up alongside me and my family. Hamilton Wingo Have Been Absolutely Wonderful Apr 27, 2022

Hamilton Wingo have been absolutely wonderful. My husband was in a major multi car accident caused by an 18 wheeler and went head on with another vehicle. He was the only one hurt. He had multiple broken bones, femur, tibia, ribs, elbow, and ankles. It took over an hour for them to get him out of his truck. He was bed bound what seems like forever and then in a wheel chair and walker for about 6 months. He was out of work even longer. We were referred to Hamilton Wingo by another lawyer's office. I was unsure where to start any claims since there were multiple vehicles. Paul Wingo guided us through the entire thing. He did everything for us including dealing with the tow company that had the truck, and that was quite an ordeal by itself. Daphne was my go-to gal with any questions I had and was absolutely the kindest and sweetest person I have met. She was very prompt at any emails I sent to her. We also worked with Barrett and he was very thorough and informative. We have never been through anything like this so we had a lot of questions. He always took his time answering our questions and making sure we understood. He finished off our case we had and we couldn't have done it without this office working together. I'd definitely refer anyone with similar experiences to their office. If you don't know what to do, contact them! They found out information I would have never found out on my own and also recreated the accident by going out to the scene and looking over brake marks and all that. Another thing is the medical bills! They were able to negotiate all the medical which was more than I had imagined they could do. Thank you Hamilton Wingo. Y'all are the best!

I was in an accident on 9/11/25 that totaled my 2-week-old 2025 Jeep Wrangler when a lady ran a red light and hit me on the passenger side as I was turning. I have never been in an accident this bad and I had no idea what to do. When we went to look at my Jeep in the towing company's lot, I mentioned to the gentleman that was helping us that I had no idea what to do next. He asked if I had an attorney and I said no, this is all new to me. He said he was in an accident a few months before mine and suggested I use Hamilton Wingo because that's who he used and they did a great job helping him get the hospital bills paid and everything else that needed to be done, as well as an awesome settlement. I found out today from Hamilton Wingo that the lady's insurance agreed to the full policy amount and I don't have to do anything; they will do all the negotiations for me to get the maximum amount. I can't say enough about what a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders!! They've been in contact with me often about updates on my case and always kept me informed of everything going on.
