About

Grant P. Boston is an experienced trial lawyer representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death lawsuits. Grant has helped clients in cases involving 18-wheeler accidents, injuries caused by dangerous business premises, and workplace injury claims. He has proven himself in civil and criminal courts at the state and federal levels, in addition to cases covering employment, bankruptcy, and criminal law.

Grant grew up on a Brangus cattle ranch in central Texas and spent his summers hauling hay, building fences, and working with livestock. His father helped him build a strong work ethic that has made Grant a relentless protector of his clients, known for never backing down from a righteous fight.

He was a key member of the Hamilton Wingo trial team that won the year’s largest U.S. verdict when a Dallas jury awarded a multibillion-dollar award in a wrongful death lawsuit. His courtroom victories include cases involving first- and third-party insurance coverage, catastrophic personal injuries, transportation crashes, and many others. He is regularly ranked among the top personal injury attorneys in Texas and nationwide.

Grant is a cum laude graduate of Abilene Christian University, and he earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
