Barrett Robin

Barrett Robin represents clients in severe personal injury cases and significant business litigation. He is a proven trial lawyer with courtroom victories and settlements in cases involving 18-wheeler crashes, motor vehicle accidents, dangerous working conditions, fraud, and many other areas.

Barrett has handled multiple catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases resulting in seven-figure settlements for insurance policy limits. Among his many legal accomplishments, Barrett led the Hamilton Wingo trial team that won a multimillion-dollar unanimous verdict against Walmart in 2024 after an employee ran over a customer in the parking lot, causing him to suffer a broken hip that required surgery.

In 2022, Barrett helped lead another trial team that won the year’s largest uninsured motorist verdict in Texas, which ranked among the Top 100 trucking accident verdicts in the U.S. He also helped a local married couple win a six-figure arbitration award against their investment adviser for mismanaging their retirement savings.

Prior to joining Hamilton Wingo, Barrett practiced commercial litigation at two of the largest international law firms where he represented large corporations, including oil & gas firms, private equity, and insurance companies. That experience gives him an advantage in fighting for his clients against well-funded corporate defendants and insurance companies that care more about their profits than doing the right thing.
