About

With more than a decade of litigation experience, Allie J. Hallmark is a diligent and zealous lawyer representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Her experience includes claims arising out of negligent construction activities, dangerous premises and inadequate security, commercial vehicle accidents, and negligent hiring, training, and supervision.

Allie pursues justice for her clients by working harder, writing more persuasively, and advocating more effectively than the opposing side. In 2022, Allie served on Hamilton Wingo’s trial team that obtained a $7.37 billion jury verdict in Dallas, the largest verdict in the United States that year. Allie has assisted on several cases in which Hamilton Wingo obtained eight-figure recoveries for its clients.

Although a West Texas native, Allie began her legal career in Philadelphia, where she gained extensive experience litigating construction and employment cases. After she returned to Dallas, she shifted her focus to representing individuals, including those discriminated against based on their race, national origin, and religion. Throughout her career, Allie has handled all stages of litigation-discovery, settlements, trials, and appeals in state and federal courts around the country.

As a result of her dedication and results, Allie has earned numerous selections on the Texas and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars lists for her work in personal injury and construction litigation. She was also selected for D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40 in 2025.

Allie is a member of The William “Mac” Taylor Inn of Court, the Dallas-based chapter of The American Inns of Court, a select group of attorneys dedicated to promoting excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and skills in the legal system.

Allie graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012. During law school, she competed in appellate advocacy competitions across the country and won the National Moot Court Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers. She was also elected Chairperson of the Texas Tech Board of Barristers and worked as an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review.
